Caseworker - Section 8

Immediate opening for Caseworker responsible for the management, coordination and operation of a combination of approximately 300+ Housing Choice Vouchers, Welfare to Work, State RAP and T-RAP vouchers in the Fairfield County area.

Applicants must demonstrate at least two years successful experience with HUD Section 8 Program, ideally including Housing Choice Vouchers, State RAP and Welfare to Work vouchers, or, in the determination of the employer, have the capability to be trained for the position.  Applicants must be able to work well independently and with others.  Salary -$38,985 with generous benefits package.  Position will remain open until filled.
