Request for Qualifications
The Housing Authority of West Haven, Connecticut is seeking RFQ’s from qualified individuals and/or firms to administer the agency’s Section 8 Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) and Associated Homeownership program. The Housing Authority has 25 FSS Vouchers.
The successful candidate must be knowledgeable about the Section 8 Homeownership, Lease to Purchase, as well as the FSS program itself. The entity will develop and implement the homeownership/self-sufficiency programs for the Section 8 department of the WHHA. The performance of these duties requires knowledge of homeownership, mortgage lending and creative financing issues.

BHA is currently seeking seasoned professionals to increase; its housing portfolio emits the re-birth of the City of Bridgeport. The following positions in our Planning, Development, and Moderation Department shall work in conjunction with one another in order to archive the goals of the BHA.
Senior Project Manager - Replacement Housing Program: responsible for completion of Father Panik Village replacement housing program and additional projects. Hands-on project management, HUD. Supervisory experience a must.
Senior Project Manager - Planning and Modernization: responsible for Annual Plan, modernization budget, and neighborhood efforts. Supervisory experience a must.
