  • Develop and implement a full scope Housing Management training Program integrated with the revenue generation plan (possible develop in collaboration with community colleges)

  • Develop and establish a Connecticut housing certification program for people working in public housing.

To achieve the goals for each phase in the five (5) year Strategic Plan, action plans must be put in place with detailed responsibilities and authority levels assigned to the proper committees, Board members and staff.  Authority levels and action responsibilities will be initiated by the development of the position descriptions, the addition of new committees, and the expansion of the existing committees or elimination/consolation of committees. The action plans are critical for the proper advancement of the organization and must be closely monitored by the Executive Board as the actions are intertwined and are also dependent on each other for the success of new initiatives.
