News: CONN-NAHRO is excited to announce it has selected Cathy Branch Stebbins to be our new Executive Director.  Cathy Branch Stebbins has a diverse background which includes over 20 years of housing and community development experience including work as a municipal planner, grants administrator, nonprofit developer and affordable housing advocate.  She brings skills in nonprofit administration, grant writing, and program development.  Most recently, Cathe has worked as a residential services director for a senior living community and is a free-lance feature writer for the Patch.com.  Born and raised in Connecticut, Cathy lives in Middletown with her husband Dan Stebbins and 13-year-old daughter, Lauren.
